I have the honour to recommend for your approval

the grant of the area shown coloured yellow on the enclosed

tracing, as an extension to Marine Lot No.2 which is the

„roperty of Messrs.Butterfield and Swire and adjoins

their large Sugar Refining Works thich cre situated on

Marine Lot No.1.

The propored extension contains an area of

323,800 square feet. The crea shorn colored red on the

tracing in the land which formed the subject of the tele-
